Large egg 1
Teaspoon of Baking powder 1
Teaspoon of Cinnamon 1
/2 Teaspoon of Brown sugar 1
Teaspoon of Vanilla 1
/2 Cup of Chopped pecans 1
Cup of flour 1
/2 Teaspoon of salt 1
/2 Cup of Margarine 1
/2 Cup of White sugar 1
Cup of Diced apples STEPS

MELT THE MARGARINE. 2
MIX WITH THE EGGS AND WHITE SUGAR. 3
IN ANOTHER BOWL, MIX THE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SALT, AND CINNAMON. 4
POUR THE SUGAR MIXTURE IN WITH THE FLOUR MIXTURE. 5
MIX IN THE PECANS, APPLES, AND WHITE SUGAR. 6
POUR INTO AN 8 INCH GLASS, SQUARE PAN. 7
BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKED WELL. TIPS
This makes eight 1 inch squares.
It would be a better use of time to double this recipe if you plan on having many guests over if you are serving this to them.
