STEPS
1
CONNECT YOUR IPHONE TO YOUR COMPUTER WITH THE USB CABLE THAT CAME WITH YOUR IPHONE. iPhoto should now open if you are using a Mac. On a PC, a window will open up after connecting the iPhone. NOW SELECT IMPORT PICTURES AND VIDEOS. 2
IF YOU WANT TO IMPORT ALL OF THE PHOTOS ON YOUR IPHONE INTO IPHOTO, CLICK THE IMPORT ALL BUTTON (THIS MAY ALSO SHOW THE NUMBER OF PHOTOS TO BE IMPORTED). ALTERNATIVELY, SELECT THE PHOTOS YOU WANT TO IMPORT AND THEN CLICK THE IMPORT SELECTED BUTTON. On a PC, check the box if you want to delete the photos on your phone after importing and click the Import button. 3
WHEN THE PHOTOS HAVE IMPORTED TO IPHOTO, SELECT WHETHER OR NOT YOU WANT TO KEEP THE PHOTOS ON YOUR PHONE BY CLICKING EITHER THE DELETE PHOTOS BUTTON OR THE KEEP PHOTOS BUTTON. On a PC, your photos will have been added to the My Photos folder by default. TIPS
Deleting photos from your iPhone after import saves space on your device.
You can set a new location for your photos to be imported to in Windows by clicking Import Settings during the import process.
WARNINGS
Make sure your computer and your iPhone are running the latest software to avoid any compatibility issues.
